I do believe that this is what most American people really think (and say, in private).
To be fair, it isn’t only Americans. If anybody really believed the hype (and had the courage of their convictions), they’d be living in sod huts, keeping warm with blankets woven from dried moss.
I don’t see anybody doing that, at least not in the Greater Toronto area. Maybe in Vegas, but only those who took that one last spin on the roulette wheel.
