Andy Warhol was wrong.
In the future, everybody will be famous all of the time.
What does this mean? It means that an individual’s web presence will extend far beyond his immediate physical presence. People (thousands of people - maybe even millions) around the world will know him - know what he looks like, what he sounds like, who his friends are, the music he listens to, the books he reads, how badly he sings and dances - know him better than his own mother.
Big Brother won’t be watching you, but everyone else will.
[edit: changed my mind about this paragraph]

I thought this same thing the other day, practically word for word. And I hate you for posting it before I did.
