How many of you need to establish limits?
I am curiously reminded of a conversation I had with this fellow some time ago in another forum.
He maintained that internet discussion forums could be as debilitating and addictive to some people as alcohol and drugs. My response was something to the effect that a desire for interaction with similar people was hardly an addiction - more of a natural human need.

arghh. my connection is fucking shit today.
anyway, wow. a bunch of computer geeks are anti-social and spending too much time on their computers. i’m shocked.
think of it this way. if they were spending all their time reading, no one would complain. despite it being just as anti-social.
All right, Schad, I’ll write a post on the topic. Busy today - I’ll write it soon, though.
Twif - It’s more complicated than that. Reading is far less social, which is why it’s not such a problem.
