Well, This Is Exciting

Remember this? Seems we’re getting closer. I’d be very interested to know the atmospheric composition of this planet.

It’s close enough, at 20.5 light years, that a visit isn’t out of the question (not in my lifetime, of course). It’s not a place that humans could comfortably live. With a mass about five times that of Earth, I’d weigh about half a ton.

Also interesting is that it circles a red dwarf. Red dwarfs tend to have very long, stable lives, so any planet having life would have a very long time in which that life could evolve (the Earth, by contrast, only has about another 900 million years). If you want to find advanced civilizations, I think a red dwarf is the most likely place to look.
