Don’t despair, though, because it’s being reconstructed in the US. Not just the torture, the secret prisons, the indefinite sentences…no. Now the US government is developing its paranoia to match Soviet capabilities.
They still have a lot of work to do, but they’ve shown that they have the determination to see the job through to the end.
