At least, Tony Blair does. Surely, this is nanny statism taken to its logical conclusion.
Really, there is only so much that the government can do for you, or should. This is already about three steps beyond that.
One can only imagine what bureaucratic nightmares will derive from this well-meaning intervention in people’s lives.
