For this, you’ll need one carpenter’s awl, one ball-pean hammer and two cotton balls.Stick the awl in your left nostril and tap the end of it gently with the hammer. When you start meeting some resistance, smack it hard once. Then wiggle it around a bit. Repeat with the right nostril.
If you’re still conscious (or alive), stick the cotton balls in your nostrils to soak up the blood.
Congratulations, your lobotomy was a success.
