Renaissance Man

Of all the people who you would not expect to be completing a Ph.D. in Astrophysics, I suspect that someone like Brian May would be at the top of the list (was that awkwardly worded or what?). Nonetheless, there he is, dealing with some unfinished business nearly thirty years later.
He is a guitarist, and a damned good one. But he is also an astrophysicist and, by all accounts, a damned good one. I’m a bit jealous, as he has managed to live out two of my three fantasy careers. I also have to say: Good for you, Brian. Well done.
